Shalunda J Am i the only one having a hard time drinking this much water?
2 litres is a good minimum for the average person to drink in a day in order to maximise brain function, expel waste from the body, improve your mood, raise your energy levels and hydrate your body, skin and hair. At first you might find all the water consumption difficult to keep up, and even boring to remember, but if you stagger your water intake, in small amounts often rather than downing a litre at a time, you will stay better hydrated and avoid running to the toilet everytime you drink.

“This is easy to keep up on working days due to keeping a water bottle on my desk, but found it harder to do at the weekends!! I did it and will keep on doing it, i do feel more awake all day each day and i think it was that i wasnt drinking enough water before...lesson learnt :)”

Helen L encouraged this.
Shannon L 2/30 (currently up to date). Made 1 liter of iced ginger green tea. And 1 liter of spa water (flavored with cucumber slices, lemon slices, and crushed mint leaves)
Tahsin A 2 and 3/30. This is tough trying to drink this much. Never realized how consistently dehydrated I was!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
