Safa E 1/30 My first challenge here~ :D
2 litres is a good minimum for the average person to drink in a day in order to maximise brain function, expel waste from the body, improve your mood, raise your energy levels and hydrate your body, skin and hair. At first you might find all the water consumption difficult to keep up, and even boring to remember, but if you stagger your water intake, in small amounts often rather than downing a litre at a time, you will stay better hydrated and avoid running to the toilet everytime you drink.
Give your skin a natural boost -2 litres of water per day for a month Challenge rules
- Drink 2 litres of water every day for an entire month.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I've been doing this for about two months and it makes you feel a lot better it makes it easier to say no to bad drinks. Once you get in the habit of this you seem to not want to drink other things besides water. ”

Jennifer L 23/30. I've been doing this for about 2/3 weeks and I found I drink more then this through out the day. Also now that my body is getting used to this I am not having to use the bathroom as much... to give those who do hope! It's starts to slow down
