Sometimes results are more evident in clothes sizes than in kg's/lbs.

Denise S Finally went out and bought new jeans. I was wearing size 16, but I've lost 28 lbs. I tried on size 12 and they were too big. Went down to a 10 and they are a little snug, but I'm not done loosing. Some I'm down 4 jean sizes!

Kym W Bought new jeans but I have lost weight since so already loose. Wearing size 18, 14 would be my ideal if I can get the length.

Kym W Despite my youngest turning three next month, I wear maternity jeans. They are very loose now so I will need to make an investment soon for new jeans.

Emma L Yay, bought a pair of jeans last year with a zip at the side...big mistake at the time with my thighs, but with a little hard work ive gotten into them comfortably. I love my curves but my thighs were a huge problem for me. I can fit into size 8/10 jeans again. Yay x

Vixie D Before xmas I was wearing a UK 16 jeans size which was slightly too large, but I'm now wearing a size 14 comfortably - in only 3 weeks! Now to carry it on to a size 12 :)
Rich O When I started this lifestyle change 2 years ago I was wearing a size 40 (US) currently down to a 33 and will b a 32 by the summer now I want to challenge myself and be down to a 30 by this time next year....Good Luck all
Felice A start at size 28. I don't know what system of sizing I use, but as a reference, my hip has 90 cm circumference. Goal size is 27!

Charlotte C I am now a size 5 jeans (in US or Canadian sizes) my goal is to be a size 3. I have a 22'' waist, but 36.5'' hips. My goal here is to get to 35'' hips.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
