Janet J Let's see if I can do this before Thanksgiving. After that, it's all down hill until January 5 (accounting for vacation : )
Celebrate your waist reduction results here!
Sometimes results are more evident in clothes sizes than in kg's/lbs.
If you have managed to lose enough fat that your formerly snug jeans are no longer wearable without a belt, or you have had to go shopping for a smaller wardrobe as a result of your training, then let us know here.
Go down a jean size!! Challenge rules
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“Drink plenty of water, keep an old, favourite pair of jeans in the cupboard but only try it on after you feel like there is a difference in your size, use some willpower when faced with temptation, don't go overboard - moderation i.e. okay to have drinks over the weekend and a bit of starch now and again. Remember the reasons why you want to look good :)”

Amanda C Update : Nov. 1st 2014: So haven't been doing the best at this challenge. I tried on the work pants that I'd like to fit in and I still cannot button them so just going to keep at it :D
Danyka P I think I can now complete that challenge. Used to wear 10 size. I bought two pairs of jeans 8 size three weeks ago. I should have taken the 6 size....already to tall.
Amanda C Sept. 1st My goal is to fit in the black jeans I bought a few months back for work. Here we go! :D
Gordana M One jeans size down and I'm also wearing belt with the current ones. Woohoo! I thought I would never finished this challenge! :)
Shelia B I tried on my size 16 jeans and i can get them on and buttoned and zipped I'm so excited i'm getting there.
Denise S Finally went out and bought new jeans. I was wearing size 16, but I've lost 28 lbs. I tried on size 12 and they were too big. Went down to a 10 and they are a little snug, but I'm not done loosing. Some I'm down 4 jean sizes!
Kevin G encouraged this.
Roomi S encouraged this.
Kym W Bought new jeans but I have lost weight since so already loose. Wearing size 18, 14 would be my ideal if I can get the length.
Gretchin A Im totally in for this challenge!! I am a size 20 and cant wait to get back to my size 7's. While it might take awhile I am so excited to get there! If only excitement burned calories!!
Kym W Despite my youngest turning three next month, I wear maternity jeans. They are very loose now so I will need to make an investment soon for new jeans.
Jenn B Running last night, I had to hold up my spandex....LOL. , annoying but rewarding I suppose. Will have to go shopping soon to see if I'm actually down a size in my jeans.
Shelia B I'm almost there and I will be able to fit back into my size 16 jeans. Again and then its time to go to the 12 jeans. I can't wait to wear my size 8 jeans again and then I will be happy.
Melissa S I went from an Australian size 12 to a size 6 (8 to 2 in American sizes!). Took about 1.5 years, but I did it!
Emma L Yay, bought a pair of jeans last year with a zip at the side...big mistake at the time with my thighs, but with a little hard work ive gotten into them comfortably. I love my curves but my thighs were a huge problem for me. I can fit into size 8/10 jeans again. Yay x
Jenn B So I'm almost down to the size I was in high school. I can't breathe, but they are zipped. By the way high school was 100 years ago....LOL. When I'm comfortable I'll actually hit the "complete" button.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
