Contributorbronze Mark H The temperatures are finally beginning to drop significantly at night, in addition to the stiff breeze it made for a cold first couple of klicks. I also did a couple of kms of road with a head torch which was cold and fun. Just over 11kms in the hour

Contributorbronze Mark H Thursday run 7.21km in 37 minutes. Normally like to run in the evenings, the dark and the cold don't really bother me, but it's difficult to do really long distances in the winter evenings without doing lots of circuits...

Ran just about 2 miles, felt great.. just had to fight off the mosquitoes.

Those buggers have been rough this year. I was devoured on a trail run and it took 2 weeks before the swelling started to go down. I wish I could outrun mosquitoes!
