Go running every other day for two weeks!

Aim to improve your running consistency and your running frequency with this challenge. Do it by making sure you go running every other day for two weeks. To ensure a decent length you are also required to set a minimum distance goal for each run of at least 1.5 miles (2.4k). This challenge should get you running more often!

  2. Minimum of 1.5 miles for each run
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Still struggling to deal with this agenda. It will take a bit longer though. I do it on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is really not easy for me.
