Go running every other day for two weeks!

Aim to improve your running consistency and your running frequency with this challenge. Do it by making sure you go running every other day for two weeks. To ensure a decent length you are also required to set a minimum distance goal for each run of at least 1.5 miles (2.4k). This challenge should get you running more often!

Challenge rules

  1. Have to run every other day
  2. Minimum of 1.5 miles for each run
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Contributorsilver Christopher S Day 13/14, run 7/7 competed. A nice 9 odd k in the sun before it gets too hot. I bet they weren't thinking of this weather when they planned the commonwealth triathlon 3pm start. You're more likely to get 14C than today's 28C here in July.
