Go running every other day for 2 weeks

Go running every other day for two weeks!

Aim to improve your running consistency and your running frequency with this challenge. Do it by making sure you go running every other day for two weeks. To ensure a decent length you are also required to set a minimum distance goal for each run of at least 1.5 miles (2.4k). This challenge should get you running more often!

  1. Have to run every other day
  2. Minimum of 1.5 miles for each run
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

All good down this way too, chilling out on the distance for a few weeks and concentrating on continuing to enjoy running in the Autumn/Winter - am determined to keep running through bad weather :)
