Go running every other day for two weeks!
Aim to improve your running consistency and your running frequency with this challenge. Do it by making sure you go running every other day for two weeks. To ensure a decent length you are also required to set a minimum distance goal for each run of at least 1.5 miles (2.4k). This challenge should get you running more often!
- Have to run every other day
- Minimum of 1.5 miles for each run
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Daniel E 13/14 (12.11km). Assuming I can mark this complete now as I have run 7 times in 14 days (last day tomorrow and that is a rest day). :)
Peter P So here we go again. Another attempt to get this challenge done. I have completed 3 runs so far. July 23 - 7.2km, July 25 - 9km, July 27 - 15.2km. Hopefully I can get it done this time around.
Daniel E Day 11/14 (5.04km). Morning run day after wedding, lovely run, but hard to get out of bed after way too little sleep.
Christopher S Day 14/14, rest day 7/7 completed. The warmer weather seem to make the rest/recovery time more important, probably because the running takes more out of you.
Daniel E Day 9/14 (3.12km), thunder, lightning and pouring with rain. Glad I wasn't going for 10km today. lol
Christopher S Day 13/14, run 7/7 competed. A nice 9 odd k in the sun before it gets too hot. I bet they weren't thinking of this weather when they planned the commonwealth triathlon 3pm start. You're more likely to get 14C than today's 28C here in July.

Christopher S An easy paced 12k logged for 4/7 and the first week completed. Surprisingly warm and humid in the west of scotland today.
Christopher S Does this challenge allow you to run on a day off? I could run and not submit the details - but I'd like any running to go towards unlocking the new shorts to give me a chance to get & wear them before the end of the (very brief) scottish summer!
