Go running every other day for two weeks!

Aim to improve your running consistency and your running frequency with this challenge. Do it by making sure you go running every other day for two weeks. To ensure a decent length you are also required to set a minimum distance goal for each run of at least 1.5 miles (2.4k). This challenge should get you running more often!

  1. Have to run every other day
  2. Minimum of 1.5 miles for each run
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Contributorsilver Christopher S Does this challenge allow you to run on a day off? I could run and not submit the details - but I'd like any running to go towards unlocking the new shorts to give me a chance to get & wear them before the end of the (very brief) scottish summer!

this challenge specifically says run every other day so just log tot his every day. on the unlock colours you can run daily or multiple times a day, there is no restriction apart from your legs :)))
