Federica T Done this morning!
It is very easy to put off the scheduled run because it starts to rain – but until you have done it you don’t know what you are missing. Get out there and savour this life giving element.

“Nice run it the rain today, blackberry running Cascarun pro survived in the pocket of my Rab pulse smock. I don't mind summer rain when it isn't too cold, it might have been harder to motivate myself to do this in the middle of February!”

Lara V Did this a few days ago, unplanned, started with a few drops and I decided that wouldn't hurt me. Got home pretty soaked, but was kind of refreshing
Karen F Unexpectedly nailed this one today, while out on my birthday run. Nothing like a wet winter run to make you feel alive!
Chris D Rained for about 10 minutes this morning. Not drenching, but I had to take off my glasses and make multiple attempts to clear them. 3.57 miles in 34:10. Sunday, 13th of July 2014.
Denise S Went for a 3.27 mile run and it rained for 30 minutes of it. Was drenched, but it felt so good.
Shelia B encouraged this.
Remco V It started of with some OK weather then turned into rain. Only issue, wet shoes for next run. The distance 6 km.
Becky W encouraged this.
Andrea Pablo A It is fun (as long as it is not too cold, and you get a hot shower inmediatly!). And I agree with Ned W, I have a dedicated pair of shoes for this. I use my old race (light) Saucony Kinvara 2.
Bridget C OMG was raining/drizzling when we left but within 2kms we were in the eye of a storm!!! We couldn't lift our heads up to see and the flooding ended up leaving us only running down the median line of the road as the footpaths and gutters flooded completely. So drenched, shoes and clothes squishy and heavy I actually changed clothes at a toilet stop @ 11km before completing the next 8km! Hope I never experience that again!!
Emma P 5km poring down rain! not planned run just had to get out in the rain so i did got a good time for me 29:53mins especially being 2nd run of the day!
Ned W 5km in the rain.
Left the Garmin at home and just went with it. Way nicer than I thought it would be. I'm converted. Better invest in another pair of runners.
Alice B it started raining while I was out and it was really refreshing though did get a bit cold towards the end.
Tamara A Did this on Saturday in freezing rain...will do it again though seeing how I just hit the "take" today. : ))
Vanessa M Ticked off two challenges this morning. A run before 7 am and in the rain. Quite impressed with myself as I hate going outside when it rains!!!
Callie C Yes had a great running in rain leg during the 300km team run. In morning through hills. Not heavy but beautiful.
Richard R Started raining moments into the run and rained the whole way round. Did my pushups and situps in the rain too!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
