Complete the following circuit wil one minute rest in between:
10 Minute run on treadmill as hard as you can
10 Minute stationary bike ride as fast as you can
10 Minute elliptical run as fast as you can
10 Minute stepper workout as hard as you can

Esther J This is an excellent cardio circuit. Burned 350 calories and put the sweat on. This is definitely one ill keep doing!!
Ellie J You know what, this will be good for me. If I do this one, then it varies up my routine at the gym as well! :D Bring it on for Wednesday!

Did 10 min stepper, didn't remember to see how many steps I technically took/floors I climbed but was going between 80-95 spm the whole time.

Kabrina C Ended up doing 20 min on treadmill as I wanted to work on increasing my side-stepping speed (3.5 mph, no hands, eyes up - usually I just stare at my feet!) then 10 min elliptical and 10 min bike. So, I reached the 40 min total but missed the stair stepper so I won't count this as completed. Tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow!
Kabrina C Got through 12 minutes treadmill (2 min warmup,) 10 minutes stepper and 10 min elliptical. Didn't have time to do 10 min on the bike, too, as the gym was crazy packed for a random Monday! Will complete this tomorrow, though, I hope!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
