A good challenge to strengthen your abdomen, arms and wrist.
1. Put your hands flat on ground. Lift your heels and start shifting your weight on hands.
2. Lift your legs and keep balancing and keep balancing on your hands. Breathe in and out regularly and keep stretching your back in order to free your chest.

Dorcas H Progress indeed, I'm up to a whole 3 seconds. I am being held back by my toes, which are magnetically attracted to the ground. How soon will the swelling on my forehead go down?

Lynnaire P Just tried this and surprised that I held it for a few seconds before I fell over lol, glad I had cushions....will keep trying it until I get it.
