This challenge is very simple though; Drink two glasses of water preferably room temperature only (not refrigerated; no ice) before you start your day for 1 week.

  1. Do this for 1 week and feel the difference.
  2. This is in addition to your regular water intake.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
