Keeping our body properly hydrated is one of the most important component of having an effective work out.
This challenge is very simple though; Drink two glasses of water preferably room temperature only (not refrigerated; no ice) before you start your day for 1 week.

- Do this for 1 week and feel the difference.
- This is in addition to your regular water intake.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
