Being broken at the moment, I have decided to focus on exercises I don't do very often. In doing so, I discovered that I wall squats were a challenge, so created this to get training on them. Get involved if you find them a challenge too! This challenge should help you build up to the 3 minute wall squat.
Hold a 1 minute wall squat every day for 7 days Challenge rules
- 7 days have to be continous - no days off
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“Did this one with my 13 yr. old daughter. I just noticed the ball, I guess that would be easier and I could get squats in as well. I also found it challenging to lift one leg for 30 second intervals.”
