Being broken at the moment, I have decided to focus on exercises I don't do very often. In doing so, I discovered that I wall squats were a challenge, so created this to get training on them. Get involved if you find them a challenge too! This challenge should help you build up to the 3 minute wall squat.
Hold a 1 minute wall squat every day for 7 days Challenge rules
- 7 days have to be continous - no days off
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“I did it for 3 minutes on the seventh day! :D Just be sure to shake your legs every after doing this exercise especially if you do it beyond a minute. Otherwise, it will hurt the next day.”

Mark H Now passed two weeks and on a minimum of two minutes at a go, did three and a half yesterday to do the two weeks going to keep this up till I reach five... feel the burn
