Being broken at the moment, I have decided to focus on exercises I don't do very often. In doing so, I discovered that I wall squats were a challenge, so created this to get training on them. Get involved if you find them a challenge too! This challenge should help you build up to the 3 minute wall squat.
Hold a 1 minute wall squat every day for 7 days Challenge rules
- 7 days have to be continous - no days off
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I did it for 3 minutes on the seventh day! :D Just be sure to shake your legs every after doing this exercise especially if you do it beyond a minute. Otherwise, it will hurt the next day.”

Rebeka K 2/7...my thighs are burning! Easier than yesterday though...this exercise reminded me that I am nowhere near muscular! Looking forward to the last day of this challenge, I know I'll make it!
