“I found this easier when I was not staring at a stop watch. I would set a timer for the desired length of time and plank till I heard the chime. Using an interval timer helped so that I could hold it past the chime and see improvement with out staring at a timer or watch.”

Mark H Still going, though combining it with other core exercises doesn't make it easier, I guess in the end they'll all compliment each other. I also find it easier when I don't know the time so I put the timer just outside of my field of vision and wait for the beep
Mark H Okay day 1.... I hate this exercise, possibly because I'm not that great at it or maybe it's because it normally comes at the end of a gruelling session when the energy level is running low... let's see how it goes this week
