“I found this easier when I was not staring at a stop watch. I would set a timer for the desired length of time and plank till I heard the chime. Using an interval timer helped so that I could hold it past the chime and see improvement with out staring at a timer or watch.”

Elmarie D 2 & 3/7 Done. It is not getting easier but I am training my mind more with this challenge than my core. You won't quit!!!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
