This is a challenge for those of you looking to put your abdominal strength to the test. The plank pose is a great exercise to work those abdominal muscles and will build endurance in your back and stabilizer muscles Hold the plank for 2 minutes or longer maintaining correct posture to complete this challenge. This challenge is more difficult than it looks, so if you cannot complete it first time, practice every day slowly building up your time... Good luck :-)

Adriano R 1:40 is my personal best. Going to try for 2 minutes in one go later today cause I am working on the 10 min plank in a day challenge.

Nadege C Finally reached a 2min plank the other day! Form was even watched by the trainer so there was no bum in the air here! Lol next up, the three minute plank!
