This is a challenge for those of you looking to put your abdominal strength to the test. The plank pose is a great exercise to work those abdominal muscles and will build endurance in your back and stabilizer muscles Hold the plank for 2 minutes or longer maintaining correct posture to complete this challenge. This challenge is more difficult than it looks, so if you cannot complete it first time, practice every day slowly building up your time... Good luck :-)

“First minute was ok got to 90 seconds and started to wobble held on for the 2 minutes. Next challenge for me will be getting to 90 seconds without wobbling and feel comfortable at the 2”

It was surprisingly easy, so I did 3 minutes instead!
