Want to build a nice strong core, then do the plank pose for 2 minutes everyday for 7 days.
Build the endurance and strength of your core, and scult your abs by increasing how long you can hold the plank without rest to two minutes, and keep it it up for a week. The two minute plank is a good target to aim for after being able to consistently hold a one minute or a one minute 30 seconds plank position.

Eve E Well, I did 1 minute 32 seconds, which is 20 aeconds more than yesterday. I'm going to keep on going and hopefully get 2 minutes tomorrow!
Eve E Starting this challenge today. I've been planking 12 days and am up to 1 minute 10 seconds. I think I am ready to take this on!
Lisa B 1/7 2 minutes..last 30 seconds not the easiest. Will stick with 2 min this week then move up to 3 next week.
Hayley D 4/7 tonight was easy peezy, the kittens were having a ball running all over me, and attacking my head. I think they might be enjoying this challenge more than me :-)
Hayley D logged 3/7 have to admit this one for some reason was difficult. Don't know why maybe because the cat decided to lie on my back halfway through.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
