Hold the plank pose for 2 minutes everyday for 7 days

Want to build a nice strong core, then do the plank pose for 2 minutes everyday for 7 days.

Build the endurance and strength of your core, and scult your abs by increasing how long you can hold the plank without rest to two minutes, and keep it it up for a week. The two minute plank is a good target to aim for after being able to consistently hold a one minute or a one minute 30 seconds plank position.

10th Sept - 2:20! I won the plank challenge today! :o))
11th Sep - 2:00 I know it's not easy, but I also know that I can do these any time I want! Consistency pays off!
12th Sep - Skipping with joy! I did it! Yeeeeees! I can do 2min planks.
