Planking for 3 minutes is a pretty tough challenge. This exercise will start to really put your abdominal endurance to the test, and is a good target to set yourself if you can already hold the plank for 1.5 minutes or two minutes.
Ensure that you are performing the plank correctly in order to reap the full benefits of this great abs and core exercise. Good luck!

Nadege C And I did it!!!! My trainer even watched to ensure proper form! I dropped at 3.07 min. That's a 2.11min improvement from two months ago!!!!
Nadege C I had set this as my goal with my trainer and my "due date" for that goal with him is this Friday. I'll be getting tested then... I hope I can do it!
