Hold the plank pose for 3 minutes

Planking for 3 minutes is a pretty tough challenge. This exercise will start to really put your abdominal endurance to the test, and is a good target to set yourself if you can already hold the plank for 1.5 minutes or two minutes.

Ensure that you are performing the plank correctly in order to reap the full benefits of this great abs and core exercise. Good luck!

Contributorgold Nadege C And I did it!!!! My trainer even watched to ensure proper form! I dropped at 3.07 min. That's a 2.11min improvement from two months ago!!!!
