Janice W Day 21 and I"m at 200 reps.of.the 30.day squat challenge...wanna have these knocked.oit before my 7 day criise to the western carribean.
Janice W On Saturday I discovered that it' s really a good idea to "work up" to the 5 minute pose hold. Lordy....lost my head dor a minute. I will continue with the challenge but do it the RIGHT way.
Richard P Have done 3 mins 30 sec today and the burn was to much will try and push through the 4 min barrier tomorrow
