Celeste B I'm about 240 pounds. . 5 ft 7 in. and Im so proud that I held this plank for 25 seconds. I definitely want to try for the whole minute. . as does everyone else who didn't get the whole minute.
The Spiderman is a great body tension exercise. Start in a press up position and move your legs and arms outwards until your body is as close as possible to the floor. The further out you move your hands and feet, the harder it gets to hold this position. Hold the pose for 60 seconds.
