The Spiderman is a great body tension exercise. Start in a press up position and move your legs and arms outwards until your body is as close as possible to the floor. The further out you move your hands and feet, the harder it gets to hold this position. Hold the pose for 60 seconds. “harder than I thought. Don't do this wearing gloves (I wear for wrist support) and on carpet. Slipped constantly and had to readjust myself a lot. Going to hold this position every day for a week on some hardwood floor instead. Intense!”

Jd W YES!! This was one of the first challenges I took! Had no idea it would be so hard!! So happy to have done it finally after a few fails as 54-58 seconds!!

Dee D I took the challenge and did the minute. I felt my body shaking uncontrollable and I almost gave up but I didn't yay me!
