This exercise helps to strengthen the lower back, butt, and hamstrings. Lay on the floor facing down with your arms straight out in front of you. With a very small movement, lift your head and feet off the ground. This should be just enough to have you balancing all your weight on your stomach. Do not lift your arms and legs too far.

Chiomzie C 7/7. Done. i find it funny that my body still hasn't gotten used to this pose, though ii can raise my arms and feet higher, it still tingles.
