This exercise helps to strengthen the lower back, butt, and hamstrings. Lay on the floor facing down with your arms straight out in front of you. With a very small movement, lift your head and feet off the ground. This should be just enough to have you balancing all your weight on your stomach. Do not lift your arms and legs too far.

“I've done this as 4 sets of 15-20 it's much harder to do the hold. A great idea would be to do 15, and do 10-20 second hold at the end. Love these challenges! ”

Michael E That really was harder than I thought it would be. I imagine my wife will now put me to shame and do it with ease
