Hopping is fun and it's healthy!
You can hop on a trampoline or just hop around the house to music.
Hopping is beneficial for the body's musculature, especially that of the intestines.
The rhythmical up and down movement relaxes and encourages digestion.
If you regularly run or walk you can achieve the same results.

I use the one that is most common. Front leg about 120-90dergree bent, back straight all the way back and strecth the calf. Poshing against a pole or tree helps but not necessary as long as one lowers one's arse do...

I like using a towel to pull back my own foot - just shown today by sports injury chap how to cross towel over & pull it with opposite hand, for further/different stretch :)

Nocturnal R Hoppity hoppity hop! Right leg ~200 hops in 60secs. Left leg ~150 hops in 60 secs. Whew!!! It's not as easy as the creator puts it. But worth the challenge. Thanks for creating this Wendy.
