Hopping on One Leg for 60 seconds!

Hopping is fun and it's healthy!

You can hop on a trampoline or just hop around the house to music.
Hopping is beneficial for the body's musculature, especially that of the intestines.
The rhythmical up and down movement relaxes and encourages digestion.
If you regularly run or walk you can achieve the same results.

Have fun!! : )

“Ok, so I thought this would be a breeze but far from it. My calves started to burn after 40 sec and it was mind over matter for the remaining 20 sec. Who would have thought!”

Contributorgold Robert L Done!on leg was easier than the other tho.

That happens to me. I have a metal packed ankle from a foot that decided to go backwards on some ice. I can barely get off the ground with that one. Any jumping requires the other leg to do all the work:)
