Hopping is fun and it's healthy!
You can hop on a trampoline or just hop around the house to music.
Hopping is beneficial for the body's musculature, especially that of the intestines.
The rhythmical up and down movement relaxes and encourages digestion.
If you regularly run or walk you can achieve the same results.

Hopping on One Leg for 60 seconds! Challenge rules
- Just one time hopping for 60 seconds on one leg with no breaks... Do as many hops as you can for the 60 seconds! ..optional ~ alternate to hopping on the other leg for another 60 seconds~
- This exercise may not always suit everyone. Safety first ... check surroundings so as not to fall over anything and wear suitable clothing and footwear before starting. Be sure to Stretch your Calf muscles afterwards.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Damian B Done of both legs. After 50 seconds right calf was quite achy. Left leg didn't really seem to understood the idea of hopping but gave it a good go!
