Janet J 1 minute on each leg
Hopping is fun and it's healthy!
You can hop on a trampoline or just hop around the house to music.
Hopping is beneficial for the body's musculature, especially that of the intestines.
The rhythmical up and down movement relaxes and encourages digestion.
If you regularly run or walk you can achieve the same results.
Have fun!! : )

“Ok, so I thought this would be a breeze but far from it. My calves started to burn after 40 sec and it was mind over matter for the remaining 20 sec. Who would have thought!”
