Horse stance for two minutes Challenge rules
- Keep crouched down far enough that the bamboo pole does not roll off of you legs
- Do not rise up at any point during the full 2 mins

“O_O wow had to to it twice 1st time failed after a minute. second time leg was hurting at teh end of the two minutes i felt on my knees happy i done it”
