Hula hooping is great for balance, co-ordination, flexibility and its a great thing to be able to show off if you can't juggle.
Hula Hoop for a minute Challenge rules
- For this challenge you need an actual hula hoop not a wii fit balance board
- You must keep it up on your hips or torso for a minute - spinning it around your hand does not count.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Tori K I've had two of these hula hoops for a couple of years...and when they fall they kill my ankles. Alright...I'm gonna dig those darn things out and meet the challenge!!!

Laurice K A month ago I bought myself a hula hoop... but unfortunately I can't make it work... (well I haven't really tried properly yet)... Gonna challenge myself to now try and work it for at least a month!
Sarah B Brought home my new hoop made by a friend. Just got to find the time to practice. Am great at some of the trucks, but the basic hooping round the middle am still rubbish at :~)
Sarah B My hoop should be ready for next Sunday, and then hoops classes start the week after. Will practice in the garden once I get it.
