Mike B Failing massively on this one. just can't get the one arm push ups expecially with my weak ass left arm! Feel like the guy from "Lady in the Water" who has 1 big arm and one little weak arm
In this training montage from Rocky http://www.metacafe.com/watch/286684/rocky_1/ you can see Rocky doing 1 arm push ups follwed by clapping push ups. I reckon we can beat him. To complete this challenge you must complete 10 1-arm pushups (5-each arm) followed immediately by 10 clapping push ups. Have you got the Eye of the Tiger?

I'm in danger of that too - my left arm is much weaker, due to a combination of preferring racquet sports and a few broken bones on my left side over the years. I need to be really careful when doing exercises not to let my right arm do all the work.
