Great thanks Murray! I decided not to do the Tough mudder finally.... was gonna do it alone and it disappointed me a lot :( so I had to aim for another goal. I am still doing the Spartan Sprint in june and I started today a 3 months program, beeing followed by a coach. He wants to take me to a fitness competition next year! Haven't said yes though but I am really thinking about it! And you, how are things going? When is your TM?

Sad to here that your not doing the tough mudder, but great that you got something else in your sites. That's big news about the fitness competition. TM for me is in three weeks. Pretty pumped and nervous. I'm doing by myself as well, and there is allot of people saying I'm nuts. My training is also behind a little because of my knee. It is no where close to being 100% yet. Phiso Therapist thinks I'm on track and should be ready by race day. Hopefully he's right :)
