It's the start of a new week and there will be plenty of distractions coming your way. Set aside one hour and focus on your workout, free from distractions. Crank up the music, ignore the phone and doorbell and work your behind off fo an entire hour!
Ignore Monday Distractions Challenge rules
- Starts on Monday 7/9/2012 and previous workouts don't count!
- This challenge can only be completed on a Monday and everyone will be watching you!
- Remember to have fun with it, You can do as many other Tribesport challenges in that same hour!
