Ashley P Just took the week 2 fit test and improved all my numbers 10-30%! I also saw some great reductions in my measurements!!
Leo A Day 1/60 I've attempted to finish this program before and haven't but today is a new day and will complete it. I need a partner to push me. Lets do this!!

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
