Luis S Done with the swimming at 3.75 miles
Cycling is at 108.01 (had to cut my ride short today cause of the fall)
Running is at 10.74 and have a 16 mile run scheduled for Sunday.
Looks like I am going to have to ride 4 miles tomorrow as well!!

You should get some kind of 2 for 1, at least compared to those of us in the Seattle area.
I wish I could. We got loads of snow in November but it's been gone since Christmas, sure we'll get some again and then I will be out there as usual. .

I use it every day to log food and exercise it is a great tool for keeping an eye on nutrition and cals consumption and keeps you in control to an extent.

So You don't use fitness pal and you def haven't used for a month since taking this challenge sinse I just made it the other day....is that about right???

Absolutely shattered! Never walked before during a run but had no choice today, twice I had to stop!
This challenge is draining me, I'm running on empty.
Hit the wall at 6.5 mile, shed 15,000 calories in 3 days and haven't ate enough!
I have failed in the nutrition part!

I needed to break the back of the cycling to concentrate on my worst discipline, swimming! However, I think this ride broke my back instead :/

Hi Ian :))
Jed D Day 3 and I have been very unorganised leading me to not eat the right stuff, ended up eating lots of sugary stuff when feeling sluggish or hungry. This was detrimental to both my training and my concentration at work. So lesson learnt and going to sort my meals the evening before

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
