“In order to complete this challenge, I had to manage my own expectations. For example on January 13, I ran my first marathon. In order to do 30 minutes of exercise on January 14, I had to accept that a challenge that day would be some light yoga. I was also ill in January, a challenge during those days was to go for a walk. By accepting light workouts in between my hard workouts I was able to complete this challenge. ”
