E :)..pa jedan od boljih programa sklekova koje sam nasao do sad :) Ne mogu da kazem da nije tesko, ali je stvarno dobra varijacija za trening :) Ako naidjes slucajno na neke zanimljive vezbe za ruke ili trubsne misice preporuci :)

Brate, ovo je meni doslo na ideju... nisam kopirao nikoga, ne verujem da je plagijat. :) Trik i jeste u tome da se ide na piramida fazon... dolazis do maksimalnog broja sklekova datog u vezbi i posle se spustas ponovo na pocetak. :) Cak mi se cini da je teze ostati u raised plank polozaju nakon ovoga nego u obicnom plank polozaju. :) I da, hvala. :)
