Helen H christ this is hard ... i dont thinkm i have skipped since i was a kid ... cant get past 40 before i trip up !!! .. not used to doing it with both feet !! ...

Yvonne R I skip every weekend for about half hour it's fantastic. Good music helps enormously.
it's good for the arms too, some of us underestimate skipping!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
