Jump Rope

Jump rope 100 x 3. 10 secs rest after each 100. Total = 300.

Jump Rope Challenge rules

  1. Use both feet during each jump.
  2. no break until 100 skips is being completed (10secs rest)
  3. If you stumble at 50 skips, you have to start over.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
