Jump Rope Challenge rules
- Use both feet during each jump.
- no break until 100 skips is being completed (10secs rest)
- If you stumble at 50 skips, you have to start over.

Dennis S I tried this after a workout. Got the 2 x 100 then thought I would die. Need to try again tomorrow with some rest first.
Bunni M I attempted this twice today. Got to about 250 and then would inevitably catch the rope between my toes. Tomorrow is another day

Helen H christ this is hard ... i dont thinkm i have skipped since i was a kid ... cant get past 40 before i trip up !!! .. not used to doing it with both feet !! ...

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
