Neil F After doing a brick session yesterday, 20k cycle and a 7k run. Pulled on my trainers today and did a 5k run. All in prep for a 10k ism doing on Sunday. Happy days

Ann L I did not want to go for a run today but it has been a hectic few days and I knew I would regret but I really wanted to sleep in.... But but but. I was trying to think of any excuse possible. Instead, I got up at 8:30am this Sunday morning and went for a run.

Loretta A I woke up this morning and both of my knees were aching and I didn't feel like going to the gym. Got up though, had a big glass of water then my coffee and thought about what I was going to do instead (not much) and how I would feel for staying at home and went to the gym after all and worked out for 2.5 hours :))

Amanda C I had done a small workout earlier in the day and figured I'd finish it up in the early evening, but started half guessing myself feeling like I didn't have enough time but I got up and did what I could and now I'm sweating like a stuffed pig on a fire pit lmao.
Lavinia I Staying home to watch "Community" on Netflix was surely very tempting, so after 30 min of debate I finally decided to bike to the pool, knowing I'd feel better afterwards than if I'd spent two hours doing something I can do any other time...
Maureen H Extremely stressed out from work...my daughter dragged me up to do a boxing circuit with her. So glad I did as I was bursting with energy later as I had gotten rid of some frustration :)

Janna C I got home after a weekend away, was tired & have a big week of work ahead. It was raining outside & quite dark - but I persuaded myself to get out the door and attend a 5:30pm class. So glad I went! It was awesome :)
Jd W Sat watching the football last night and was sooooo comfy but managed to haul myself up for a short 500 rep workout! Happy I done it!

Erica S I need this one today. After a couple of nights with 3-4 hours of sleep and a full 9-10 hour work day, it took a little extra to get me out the door. Here's hoping I can get reacquainted with sleep soon.
Dot B I have been struggling the last few mornings, feeling tired and this morning I decidd to get up early for my workout I got down on the floor to complete crunches and thought maybe I would just go back to sleep but then said to myself come you can do this and then you have the whole day to get everything else done!! I felt awake and awesome once i was finished!!!
Ian L Not ran for 2 days so needed a wee bit of motivation to get ma ass oot the door, managed 10.13km run and although my knee is sore again glad i went and done it .

Kirstin M Did my walk/run this morning and forgot to get money for tomorrow, so went out again this afternoon to collect it - only 20 minutes round trip, walking. Absolutely knackered now, recovery is taking FAR too long!
Roma N Ok, this week I did this extra round of running. I took the extra-hard hill training, I got an extra kick by finally booking a PT AND I did not take that extra cookie today - I think that qualifies for "challenge completed" ;)
Charletti B UGH the last 2 days has been horribly cold and rainy..... just did not feel like running BUT I DO NOT want to be running 15 miles days just to hit the 180 mile mark at the end of OCT.... :-(
Marion H Worked today and came home BEAT. Had a small nanna nap and when I woke the sun was still up (yay) so threw on my shoes and took the dog for a 5k walk like I had promised myself. Laying on the couch would have been easier but a promise is a promise..
Nocturnal R Well it just happened. Had too many things going on this evening and before I knew it, it was 12midnight and I was feeling sleepy. But told myself just go out for a short run. The short run ended up to be 10km in 58.5min
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
