Since our community is growing and we are all enjoying "the game" of moving up the leaderboard - let's keep it real by gently and nicely pointing out the rules to anyone that fails to live up to the Tribesports Pledge.
Keep the TS Community Honest Challenge rules
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“?= How can you complete a challenge that takes two weeks on the second day. I don't care if you can do 350 of something in one go If the challenge says do it 50 times everyother day for the next two weeks you can't be done until two weeks from the day it was created. ”

Im fairly new to it and it seems that the more you use it in general the faster you will rank up, I agree with Sandra its just for fun.. do the challenges to better yourself as a person not to satisfy your ego, thats...

Kasia K I clicked by mistake "I've done this before" the 3min superman position challenge (when trying to actually take it). Then immediately afterwards I completed it, but felt bad about the mistake. So now I deleted it from my achievements and wanted to re-take it, but I can't see it anymore. Does anyone know what happened?
On my honour, I pledge to be guided by the ideals of the TS pledge, to measure my achievements by my own high standards, to encourage other people, and to commit to keeping myself physically fit...
Marielle C If I run a 5k as a challenge can i cross out "5k in a day" too? or are those separate? Same as if i run over 1mile on can i cross out that as well or do i have to do it separate?
Sarah L Today I saw a challenge where one of the rules was:
"You can NOT complete this challenge before Spring 2013!!"
It already had 3 completers. I commented on their completion posts saying:
In the rules for that challenge it actually says "You can NOT complete this challenge before Spring 2013!!" I can tell you are a good sportsman so I know this is just an honest mistake but please delete this achievement to keep the challenge fair and accurate. Congratulations on your other achievements.
I feel I was polite but got the point across. They did look like they were genuinely doing good things, their profiles had photos of them running marathons etc, which you can't really fake! Hopefully they just misunderstood the challenge and I helped to clarify it.
Marielle C One more question :P If i complete the "250 challenges by december" do i have to start counting over if I want the "500 challenges" as well?
Marielle C Let's say I take and run a half marathon in less than 2:30 hour, can I cross out anything that's over 2:30 hours as well?

Marielle C And sorry for spamming, but
1. if I take the "Run 40km in October" and the "Run 50km in october" challenge, can I cross out both by the end if I have gone over 50km?
2. If i burn 2000 cals on elliptical, can I cross out everything under or does that only count if I do it in a different workout?
Marielle C And if I take the "burn 500 calories in 1 session", "3 miles on elliptical" and "Burn 500 cals on elliptical" challenges, can I cross them off at the same time or just 1? or?
Marielle C If I take the "log 7000 reps of excerice" challenge and the "log 8000 reps of exercise" challenge, do I do 1 at the time or can I continue on the 8000 after ive completed 7000?
Alan C Can you complete this challenge? Shouldn't 'Read the code of conduct' be the first TS challenge everyone takes? Otherwise its a bit of trial and a lot of error!

Claire Boo L I totally agree, I myself take on and legitimately complete any challenge on TS that I claim to have done. I understand some people may wish zoom up those rankings, completing challenges left, right and centre but that isn't me. I am only competing against me to push myself harder than ever to smash goals and challenges, climbing the rankings is just a bonus. The way I see it, if I completed challenges I hadn't actually done, I would only be cheating myself and betraying the trust of those people who follow me.
Tori K answered the question Can you achieve more than one challenge with one activity?
Lucas ~ It makes sense that if you're doing it, and continue to do it then "you've DONE this already" and should check it off.

Heh. You folks are lucky that you can do that. I let myself get so far out of shape that I really AM having to start at the bottom rung of the ability range. Hmm. What is your take on this? Say you don't drink...

Cheryl M I realize that this is an ongoing process...were we not supposed to complete it? I figured by "completing" I was vowing to the TS community that I will remain honest in completing any challenges I undertake and that I will hold myself and others accountable to keeping it honest.
Vaunette C Gently reminded a few TSers that they needed to continue smiling for 2 more weeks for the Smile on Monday challenge and I said it with a :-) I'm sure it was an oversight, thinking they only had to smile 10 times on 1 Monday instead of 3 :-)

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
