I have been doing this pilates routine for the past 2 weeks and recommend all to give it a go. Hopefully the link below works..just latch on to that sucker and go-go-go!

Kill That Muffin Top! Challenge rules

  1. Just follow the video routine from start to finish.
  2. Do everyday for 7 days..continuing on afterwards if desired.
  3. Have fun and try enjoy it :D!!
