Losing a stone in weight isn't necessarily for everyone, but if you know you are carrying some excess weight (more than a stone), you should be aiming to burn fat and lose a stone as a good target.
Take it steady and dont't resort to drastic changes that you won't be able to keep up, instead look to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle that will last in the long term.

Katie R I was at my high school weight the end of the summer and didn't want to lose more so never took this challenge. Then...I put on 15lbs over the winter. I'll use this challenge to get back there.

Alice N I'm not a big girl but I put on a stone in 2013. I've started to really eat lots of natural foods - fruits, vegetables, good grains etc and am trying to exercise 30 minutes a day. My starting weight was 10 stone 5 pounds, weigh-in today said 10 stone :) I feel my best at 9 stone 7 pounds, hopefully if I continue this healthy new way, I'll get there!

Scott W So i weighted myself 2 months ago and my stats were this:
19.26 stone, 122.3kg, 269.64lbs
Today i was:
19.65stone, 123.6kg, 272.5lbs
Bit gutted to be honest, althought I havent been too physical in that time i have altered my food intake quite dramatically, I dont think i was guzzling at Christmas and new year but something has gone wrong somewhere.
So the end result is that i need to lose additional weight before i can mark this complete :?

Lynda C I lost 2 stones in 2013 and put a few lb back on over Christmas. I'm aiming to lose those few lb and another stone in 2014 to get to my ideal BMI

Okay, so I'm really late on this, but just in case you're still struggling (I know I am) this is quite good (not actually a cure)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
