Musicool W Lose a stone in weight Challenge

Contributorgold Musicool W I managed to gain the 1lb back which I lost. I darent look at the scales. However I am sticking to a largely healthy diet and look slimmer, despite being heavier. Probably from running. Also the running is easier for me now Im fitter...so will try to stick with this.

Contributorgold Musicool W I have lost 1lb, it has taken 3 days of hard running and diet modifications: A normal breakfast, salad lunch and fruit for tea. It has taken about 5 days in total. I hope to lose a stone this month, so please any encouragement and tips would be helpful because it is so tempting to nibble things!
