Louise F Met up with my first 'in the flesh' TS friend today! Am spending the day in London tomorrow with Hubby, watching the Lympic parade. Am going out for dinner Wednesday night with family. Am meeting with a horsey friend Friday morning and am spending all day Saturday with my horsey partner. Phew, but I'm glad I've got this week off work. Oh, and I've just remembered it's our 10 year wedding anniversary on Friday also - so another night out! And then there's also my 2 yoga sessions. How on earth do I fit in work and TS?
Find youself on Tribesports rwice a day, 7 days a week? More? Well that is okay...but do you also see a variety of your friends or family, outside of work, training, races, or the gym, at least twice a week?
Exercise is good, but remember to socialise too!
Manage your TS addiction Challenge rules
- See people who you do not live with, train with, or work with, two or more times a week.
- Do not see these people purely to induce them into training with, working with, or living with you! :-D Play cards or board games, go to the cinema or a restaurant-even eat there!. Apparently there are all kinds of crazy things like this that non-addicts do! :-O
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I have been off Tribesports for a good 6 months, and before that 2 whole years! I'll say my addiction is broken! but I wish I had it back now I LOVE TS!!”

Maria G Going out for coffee with a nonworkoutoholic friend this afternoon. I will not try to sign her up for Ts again, and I will not do dips, planking, push ups etc. while out and about! : )
Hideki S encouraged this.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
