Marion H I was just reading this is very good for stretching the back, can anyone suggest any other yoga poses that might help open up the upper back area?
1. Start on all fours in tabletop posture with your knees directly below your hips, with your wrists, elbows and shoulders in a direct line, face the floor.
2. As you exhale arch your back towards the ceiling, keeping your hands, shoulders, knees and hips in position and gently relaxing your head forward.
3. As you inhale return to the tabletop posture and set your head with eyes on the floor.
