Lucesita J Very active day today so I thought tonight was as good a time as any to complete this challenge. Smooth Jazz playing, time to relax!!
Terri B I needed this after everything I did on the weekend and during the day. I took the evening workout off!
Ellen L Right, planning a tiring bank holiday weekend of work, shopping, cooking, running and major housework.....will definitely earn this :-)
Karen L Feet up ... a little bit of TV ... a little bit of Christmas tree decorating. I could get used to this ;-)
Bridget C Kids in bed, nearly asleep I hope! Glass of bubbles poured and going to bed early to watch Greys Anatomy. Resisting urge to do challenges!!
Teresa D was gonna do this tonight, as i'm not feeling well but then i couldn't complete the exercise every day in september challenge ...so this'll have to wait till next month!
Claire Boo L Completed this last night, had a lovely chilled out night, chatting with TS peeps, watching some telly. :)
Kirsten M encouraged this.
Claire Boo L I enjoyed this challenge so much I hadn't noticed I hadn't completed it.... so just to prove it has been done I'll do it again tonight lol.
Eddie W My first Monday I wasn't at work........yesterday was awesomely relaxing (today I'm at work again)....
Ramses Amadeus B encouraged this.
Kirstie M Aided by the fact that a days zumba in the rain seems to have brought on a cold... I'm off for a bath!
Claire Boo L Well so far I ve done a 10k run, made two lots of dinner (my other half wanted something different to me), made two batches of different soup, russled two two types of flapjack for other half to take to work tomorrow, done an hour of ironing and chucked in a couple of loads of washing. Safe to say I ve failed this challenge.... Oh well, there's always next Monday lol.
John G Great time for me to take this one. After 35km the last 4 days, Monday is definately a well deserved rest day. I just hope I can follow through with it.(I hate rest days!)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
