You can stop jumping up and down, cause your not able to counter my runs this week anyway. Mine is just a new tweek that should go away with a little rest. You better take it easy all week, so your able to run this weekend.

Yep I am not running tonight or tomorrow, doing a few miles on Wednesday, (2 at most) then that's it. Seeing my physio mate on Saturday morning and race on Sunday. I am in process of hiring a new PT so I'll have a proper programme set up soon.

Claire Boo L Monday Night Rest - Have a Quiet Night In Challenge

Contributorgold Claire Boo L Well so far I ve done a 10k run, made two lots of dinner (my other half wanted something different to me), made two batches of different soup, russled two two types of flapjack for other half to take to work tomorrow, done an hour of ironing and chucked in a couple of loads of washing. Safe to say I ve failed this challenge.... Oh well, there's always next Monday lol.

Contributorgold Kirstie M I was doing quite well with this last night, and then came the opportunity to play with some boxing gloves and pads (I quite like punching, especially after a horrible day), AND we put a new album on to listen to, so there was dancing. I'll try again next week. ;-)
