Just run the distance on the specified day and mark it as completed. Please be honest about the challenge. Running 3 miles DOES NOT count as completing 3+ miles AND 2+ miles AND 1+ miles. Each run was created as a SEPARATE challenge designed to keep you busy!
Monday Run 1+ Miles Challenge rules
- Prior running does not count, the challenge must be completed sometime after Aug 19, 2012.
- DO NOT mark this complete unless you actually do the challenge and post your training data!
- You may however add them to total a longer distance! (e.g 2+3 = 5 miles)
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
