Today is my first day of my new challenge for myself.. so I thought I'd share it! No alcohol during the week for 4 weeks. Everyone needs to let their hair down so we are allowed a drink at weekends. So come on guys if you do tend to have a glass on week night... lets be tough and say NO!!

Crystal A I have been doing this already for the last month, no beer with dinner during the week is sometimes tough.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
