Today is my first day of my new challenge for myself.. so I thought I'd share it! No alcohol during the week for 4 weeks. Everyone needs to let their hair down so we are allowed a drink at weekends. So come on guys if you do tend to have a glass on week night... lets be tough and say NO!!
No alcohol during the week Challenge rules

Andy D Just realised I've completed this one. Seem to be sleeping better in the week without the alcohol - although it could be any number of other things affecting that too. Will try to continue with this.

Andy D Week 1 completed with a nice couple of Kopparbergs for the weekend. Back to no alcohol for the coming working week and week 2 of this challenge.
