For this challenge to be considered complete you need to have no caffeine after 4pm for 4 weeks - this includes caffeinated fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. Don’t forget to get your chocolate snacks in before 4pm as these contain caffeine too! You can resume your normal caffeine intake in the mornings from breakfast time.

Ann L Didn't log everyday but I stopped the caffeine after 4pm back in August. I sleep better that's for sure.
