Elaine B 21/30 I'm not even tempted anymore; decaff is fulfilling the emotional need to have a cup of coffee in the morning and I know I don't want to experience the caffeine jitters and headaches again. Just 7 more days to completing this challenge but I can honestly say I'm not reverting.

Elaine B I did 27 days, then had a lovely latte, which I enjoyed immensely until I experienced the consequences an hour or so later.....from now on it's decaff for me but I won't let myself complete until I've seen out 30 days ;)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
