Elaine B 21/30 I'm not even tempted anymore; decaff is fulfilling the emotional need to have a cup of coffee in the morning and I know I don't want to experience the caffeine jitters and headaches again. Just 7 more days to completing this challenge but I can honestly say I'm not reverting.

Elaine B I did 27 days, then had a lovely latte, which I enjoyed immensely until I experienced the consequences an hour or so later.....from now on it's decaff for me but I won't let myself complete until I've seen out 30 days ;)

Elaine B I week in, have had some terrific headaches but have been drinking loads of water - cant really see/feel a positive effect yet, but I'm going to read up on it; anyone know why its a good idea not to have caffeine in your diet?

Jon D I kicked my caffeine addiction last July, but let it creep back in. Saying goodbye to it again.
Brandon G Last week for the one month challenge - then on to two months! This took some dietary changes and some willpower!
I used to drink 5 - 7 Extra Large Coffees a DAY. Never again - it's hard on the body and my wallet! I used the money I saved to buy new running shoes!

Brandon G I'm over the 1 week mark. Drinking Caffine Free Diet Coke, water, and herbal tea at work instead of coffee. I'm cutting down on the pop too.

Glenda C It's been a little over a month since I gave up caffeine. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a positive thing for me. And it has turned out to be one of the best things I could have done. My energy level has increased 110%. No more ups and downs. So cool!
