Brandon G Two weeks left! I've almost faltered a few times, but I've stayed strong and on track! After this, I'm giving up coffee at work, caffeinated coffee outside of work (unless on special occasions), and caffeinated soda, and only drinking caffeinated tea in the mornings.
Aine D Day 1 - the caffeine withdrawal han't been that bad so far... still waiting for the sore head to kick in...

Brian S Made it!!! I actually started no caffeine back in late June. I don't plan on going back to it since I don't miss it. I didn't have any side effects when I quit, and I quickly realized how much more relaxed I was without my morning fix, and how sensitive I was to caffeine. Try this challenge!
