Lindy S 18/30
Cutting out snacking on food with poor nutritional value, such as sweets and crisps which are typically loaded with carbs and sugar will leave you with a lower calorie intake as well as reducing the levels of salt and sugars you are consuming.
With this reduced calorie intake you can burn fat, or at least lower the storage of extra bodyfat or even potentially replace these snacks with healthier options.

Lindy S Sweets I find easier..........but oh, I am missing the crisps........especially as they are usually a weekend treat. 8/30.
Isabelle C encouraged this.
Pronsias (Frank) M encouraged this.
Lindy S So that makes this 'No crisps November'. They are a weakness of mine, but I only treat myself once at weekends anyway, so I thought I'd give this a try.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
