Connor M Have been going to gym or running at least 3 times per wk since sept with the exception of xmas week.
Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck and lie to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time, are not even real.

Simone B After a really tough winter with my illness, I sent my excuses packing, back on a healthy nutrition plan and back training, feeling great!
Katy D I have been totally bummed out because I can't run due to a stress fracture in my foot. I was given a boot to wear for 4 weeks and was told that I could swim for cardio and then I asked about yoga...gentle stretching and all...and he said I could do any exercises as long as I can do them with "das boot" on...so NO EXCUSES!!
Kirsten M encouraged this.
Heather R I have finished several week long challenges, on day 17 of 3week challenge & still tryin new things.NO MORE EXCUSES!!
Chanchal C encouraged this.
Hellfire Hazel (Lisa Anne) G I'll be back to complete this after my first run. I don't run. But I will.
Heather R Ok so I got my 2nd job Tuesday & I must say, Short Workout @ 5:30am work from 6am-6pm... with 15min Yoga imbetween. I was extremely lazy when I got off. Feel bad cause even though I sweat @ work w/ the kids I didnt give my all...BUT I didnt quit! In the last 3 weeks or so there were about 2 full days I didnt workout. Feels good to know TS is helping me with commitment! THANKS for the SUPPORT.
Ris S No more excuses about not going to rugby training, may be cold, wet, muddy, but thats part of the fun of it. Manned up and went tonight and loved it.
Stephanie M I have nothing to say anymore.. I don't have an excuse as to why NOT to workout, except "tomorrow is my day off."
Heather R Basically...You & I have goals that include being happy with our bodies. No more waiting on other people to join me, letting aches deter me...If I want to have children, I must be an OVERCOMER. I PLEDGE to healthfully push myself and to encourage others. PEACE & BLESSINGS
Robin W Life is too short to keep putting off the things that could change your life. Take the first step today, step away from the laptop and do it now!!
Stephanie M I just get up and go no, not too much thought into it. Today it was raining - normally that would have meant the OLD me would have stayed home, the NEW me took an umbrella.. off to workout I went.
Rick P encouraged this.
Katy D Today is my Friday...5 days, 10 hr shifts...told myself " Self...no excuses...get out there and run or you will regret it" :D!
Mandy G I will fight for it...I will not give up....I will reach my goal and Absolutely nothing will stop me....
Stephanie M " I want to take the next class today" is what I say to myself instead of " Do I HAVE to take the next class?"
Dave W I have chosen to workout every day in July and some days have been quite tough. The extremely hot weather has made it very easy to make excuses, over the past week or 2. Instead I have given myself reasons to train, not excuses not to !
Dave W encouraged this.
Lolo J I threw my excuses out of the window. I changed my attitude. I set new goals for myself. I could wallow in self pity for the bs I have been through, some of it recently. But doing that was just dragging me down. I want to move forward, not stay stuck in the past re-playing things that I can't change.
Lisa B Got no excuses yet! I'm probably riding on excitement but so far so good! How about everyone else?
Jen W encouraged this.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
