Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck and lie to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time, are not even real.

Katy D I have been totally bummed out because I can't run due to a stress fracture in my foot. I was given a boot to wear for 4 weeks and was told that I could swim for cardio and then I asked about yoga...gentle stretching and all...and he said I could do any exercises as long as I can do them with "das boot" on...so NO EXCUSES!!

Heather R Ok so I got my 2nd job Tuesday & I must say, Short Workout @ 5:30am work from 6am-6pm... with 15min Yoga imbetween. I was extremely lazy when I got off. Feel bad cause even though I sweat @ work w/ the kids I didnt give my all...BUT I didnt quit! In the last 3 weeks or so there were about 2 full days I didnt workout. Feels good to know TS is helping me with commitment! THANKS for the SUPPORT.
Ris S No more excuses about not going to rugby training, may be cold, wet, muddy, but thats part of the fun of it. Manned up and went tonight and loved it.

Dave W I have chosen to workout every day in July and some days have been quite tough. The extremely hot weather has made it very easy to make excuses, over the past week or 2. Instead I have given myself reasons to train, not excuses not to !
Gem W I want to workout at least 6 times per week... I had to change it from "6 days per week" to "6 times per week" because of work. Yesterday for example, I tried to get up at 4am to workout, but ended up sleeping through my alarm and then the day was long from there. Left home around 8am and didn't get back until about 9pm. So, instead, I worked out this morning (at 4:30), leaving this afternoon (after class) to do some cardio. A two-a-day. :) Gonna be a long week, but I'll make it. :)

Lolo J I threw my excuses out of the window. I changed my attitude. I set new goals for myself. I could wallow in self pity for the bs I have been through, some of it recently. But doing that was just dragging me down. I want to move forward, not stay stuck in the past re-playing things that I can't change.
