Lisa B Excuses get in the way. I'm ready for this one! No Excuses starting NOW
Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck and lie to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time, are not even real.
No Excuses Challenge rules
“I used to get lazy if a friend said sorry I won't be able to make it to the gym, play soccer or run today, but now I workout alone, run alone and have many options for football so if one dropped I still have others. No Excuses”

Erica S Excuses are no more - since adding this challenge 4 months ago, I've gotten back into the gym 4-6 days a week, lifting heavy and eating clean. I've lost 20 lbs so far and will keep those excuses long gone. On days where I don't feel good, I get in the gym, feel the energy and push through.

Stephanie M Feeling that GOOD tired.
Stephanie M Just get up and go. The better YOU is waiting.

Stephanie M Just put my clothes on, walked out the door and went to the gym. It's starting to feel like second nature. If not the case then I workout at home.
Abhishek B and Karina L encouraged this.
Stephanie M Sounds like a challenge. I've gotten into the habit of eating better and working out, even at home. Even if it's just 20 minutes. I have no reason to be inactive.
Christy P I am tired of being out of shape and overweight. From now on its NO EXCUSES!! I WILL DO THIS :)
encouraged this.
Shelley H I didnt want to do it, but I did! 3 hours of working out last night which included 6.5.miles of running and I did another 6.5 miles today for the people of Boston.
Te Aroha C Almost convinced myself that I deserved a day off from exercise, and a lie in. Been working long hours, working two jobs, and feeling drained. Just one day, that's it, one day. Kicked the excuse aside however, as I knew it would become a slippery slide. It takes three weeks to form a new habit (morning routine) and I'm past halfway. Couldn't let an excuse ruin the good work done to date. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Chris L No excuses, we were busy all day skipped my morning routine thinking I would get at it later, later came and so did everything and everyone else! After everyone went home and my hubby went to bed, I completed a couple challenges and a quick work out did some laundry and added some challenges of my own.
Shera W I wanted to stay ho me and take a nap so badly, but I still went to the gym and completed a 20min HIIT cardio workout and 30min lower body strength training. I didn't even need the nap when I got home. NO EXCUSES!
Nichole J No excuses. I have it written on my bathroom mirror to remind myself everyday.
Enya R Today I was going to take it easy cus of my knee (stitches, swollen) so I thought "oh hey, maybe today I should just finish my 2 week 100 crunch challenge and the 15 push ups cus it's the last day and then be done" but I did 50 calf raises, 725 crunches in total, 15 pushups, my 30sec side planks and a 1min plank. As well as completing a picture challenge (which got me a medal) getting a silver in encouragement, finishing a don't let injury slow you down challenge and making a new challenge for others :)
