No junk food Challenge rules
- No chips, pop, bars, candy, baked goods. Anything concidered junk that has no nutritional value for my body.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“ I stopped eating and drinking junk if its not organic then it not worth eating to much additives in food today and they wonder what the people are so fat its the GMO's in the food we eat.. you eat it and it causes major health issues and that isn't good for anyone. why is the US and Canada the only country that haven't Banned GMO's ”

Laura S 2/7 - survived day 2 despite being tempted with cupcakes and cookies brought in to the office.
Laura S 1/7 - Day 1 is a success! Not easy to do where there's pie, ice cream, cookies & fudge in the house :)
