Kirstie M how annoying, I'll have to start this again. I hadn't realised that the iced tea I had over the weekend had sugar in it, until I had another yesterday evening from the same place (Nandos Robois lemon flavour). That'll teach me to research things properly!

Alexandra M I have been putting almond milk in my coffee.....sort of sweetens it naturally :) Sugar is not even in my vocab this week!!
