Mrs M Day 1. dumping sugar dispenser and putting it in the back of the cabinet. Hoping this will keep me from falling back into my sugar habit.
Andrea B I didn't have sugar for a week and also no coffee or tea for a week. Needed to get off caffeine. I'm feeling waaaay better now and actually have alot more constant energy.
