Contributorgold Mark H Really clicked on this by mistake and was just about to get rid of it, but it's something everyone should try and do. Strangely enough my motivation was reading a book called "Pure White and Deadly" it disgusted me so much that I stopped having sugar in everything, it took a concerted effort to remember to add sugar to cakes and other cooked desserts. Try going cold turkey rather than reducing or replacing sugar.... Good luck!!!
