Processed foods are really bad for you. The simplest way to avoid them is to steer clear of white food, usually it has been bleached. So don't eat white bread, pasta, potaoes, rice, flour or anything made from those ingredients for a month. Think whole grain, non-processed foods, without chemical preservatives or additives.

Karen C Completed with some difficulty. Had some carb withdrawal on days two and three, which slowly improved. Pasta and good sandwiches have always been my weakness!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
