Well, I lift Mon.-Wed.-Fri. so that was my last lift for this challenge. The challenge itself actually ends today, Sept. 9, as does the Paralympics in London, where I believe Tribesports is headquartered.

Thanks, Jane! :) Actually, I've noticed that when I'm laying in bed, I can feel the muscles in my upper legs pressing against my matress differently, like they're sticking out farther. It's not much, but noticeable. Visually, I'm seeing a slight difference too. My upper legs seem a bit wider. I can also use my knees more when I bend/squat down to a desk to help a student. After cross country season, which ends the first weekend in November, I will have more time and hope to be able to focus on eating more and gain more muscle mass.
