If like me, you eat out of routine more than hunger, then how about trying to eat only when we're hungry. It's that simple, even if all around you are ready to eat and you're not hungry then don't, have a drink instead to stay social, then eat when you're body tells you to. If on a hunger scale of 1 to 10 you're over 6, then you can eat, if not, get busy doing something else. Try if for 7 days.

- You can drink water or a healthy drink anytime you like as dehydration and hunger give off similar signals.
- You must do it for at least 7 days to complete the challenge.

“This was a good challenge. I caught myself reaching out for food a few times when I wasn't really hungry (especially taking 'seconds' ) but this challenge made me think twice. Drinking water first to check that you really ARE hungry and not just dehydrated is a good tip.”

Jo W Great challenge and I lost some weight. Shows how much i eat just because the clock tells me its lunchtime or whatever.
