Only eat when you're hungry - 7 day challenge.

If like me, you eat out of routine more than hunger, then how about trying to eat only when we're hungry. It's that simple, even if all around you are ready to eat and you're not hungry then don't, have a drink instead to stay social, then eat when you're body tells you to. If on a hunger scale of 1 to 10 you're over 6, then you can eat, if not, get busy doing something else. Try if for 7 days.

  1. Only eat when you're hungry.
  2. You can drink water or a healthy drink anytime you like as dehydration and hunger give off similar signals.
  3. You must do it for at least 7 days to complete the challenge.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
