This challenge prepares you for Full Marathon. Do complete the training for Part 1 & follow by Part 2.
Part (1): Run 7K for 1 week, 14K for 2 weeks & 21K for 3 weeks... Challenge rules
- If happens that your stop, reset your speedometer / stop watch / GPS to "0" & re-start your running again on that spot that you have stop!
- Stop only if u r totally breathless or muscle heavy tensions/cramps & come back some other days!
- Rule (1) for 7 K, u must complete at or below 37 mins. (2) for 14 K, u must complete at or below 1 hr 14 mins. (3) for 21 K, u must complete at or below 1 hr 50 mins. If u can't meet the stipulated timing, re-do that distance training before u go to the next one.
