Climb pole, legs to front of pole and point toes, holding on with thighs. Twist your body to front/side of pole with your arms to the back (check pic). Next steps - lean forward, grip your knees and folding your legs leads to - Drama Queen/the Egg.

- Use crash mats for this, especially if working alone. Having a spotter is the best advice.
- Start near the ground, once your confidence increases, you can raise the height this challenge is taken
