Start in the high plank position, your body straight from shoulders to heels.
Bring your right foot forward and place it next to your right hand - or as close as you can. Try not to let your hips sag or rise.
Return your leg to the starting position and repeat with the left for one rep.
Repeat for 1 minute ....
