As everyone has been told from day one practice does make perfect. The magic number for me is 100. Practice 100 low blocks a day for one week. 50 with each arm. Remember that form counts so they have to be correctly to count. If you do them sloppy you will get perfectly bad looking low blocks that is. Put in the effort and you will always have great low blocks.

- You must practice 100 low blocks every day for one week.
- Practice must be preformed on your own time not while attending class.
- Must use excellent form.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
