Natalie M Week 2 of Yoga is done, on to week three

Natalie M Made my three days last week, Shivananda last Wednesday, Hatha on Thursday and Yin on Saturday. I start back this week with 60 mins Hatha on Tuesday!
Natalie M Ok, so no yoga on Friday or Saturday, BUT I did do some moksha on Tuesday before I signed up for the challenge, so I have competed three yoga sessions for week 1!

Natalie M Did my Hatha class today, so happy I went, loads of energy after the class
Natalie M I have a 60 minute Hatha this am, but I am soooo sore from my moksha yesterday... I just want to do nothing :-(
